Terms of Service

Last updated: March 18, 2026

Service

PingGuard provides uptime monitoring for web endpoints. We check your configured URLs at regular intervals and send notifications when status changes are detected. Service availability and check frequency depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity per account. Pro plans support up to 5 collaborators.

Acceptable use

You may only monitor endpoints you own or have permission to monitor. Do not use PingGuard to perform denial-of-service attacks, probe for vulnerabilities, or monitor endpoints at intervals faster than your plan allows.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.

Liability

PingGuard is provided as-is. While we strive for 99.99% platform uptime, we are not liable for damages resulting from missed alerts, delayed notifications, or service interruptions. Use PingGuard as one layer of your monitoring strategy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
